Skincare Essence Sourcing collects inquiry fields you submit so we can restate a procurement brief and request factory quotes when a live endpoint exists. Fields may include name, work email, phone, company and requirement text.

Use of inquiry data

Optional helper notes such as inquiry option, target budget and supplier preference may be merged into the requirement text at submit time. They are not separate backend columns.

Retention

Production retention depends on the live intake endpoint. Until that endpoint is confirmed, treat submissions as requests for coordination rather than completed contracts.
